When will my order ship?

Orders received by 2pm generally ship the same day (holiday season shipping will vary). Texas customers can receive their shipment as early as the next day, with shipping times taking as long as 10 business days within the continental US. Once shipments leave our Bryan, Texas warehouse we cannot guarantee delivery dates. 

 

How will my order ship?

Orders generally ship via FedEx Ground, we can also ship via third party Fedex or UPS billing upon request. Order shipping to Hawaii, and Alaska ship via USPS Priority Mail. Packages weighing less than 15 ounces ship via USPS First Class Mail unless priority mailing is requested. Orders shipping internationally to Canada, Europe, or Australia generally ship via Fedex International Ground.

 

How do I place my retail/consumer order?

You can purchase products here on our website! All pricing shown on this website is retail/consumer pricing. If you have any issues while ordering online you can call us at 800-600-3500 and order over the phone.

 

What do I do if something is missing/damaged from my order?

Please email us at info@texastoydistribution.com with your Order number and the Item number(s) your order is missing, and please include your contact information and shipping address. If an item is damaged, please enclose pictures of the damaged package/item(s) in your email.

Can we sell your products on Amazon or Ebay?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. We do NOT allow Amazon and Ebay selling of our products by retailers. We support our brick-and-mortar customers. Do NOT solicit us requesting a wholesale account if you sell on major ecommerce platforms including Amazon and Ebay.

How much does shipping cost?

The larger your order the lower your shipping rate will be (proportional to the subtotal). Average shipping cost is 15% of order subtotal. Orders with a ship weight of more than 150 lbs have substantially lower shipping cost (Example: $1200+, less than 6% of subtotal). Shipping costs wildly vary depending upon geographic location, product category (plush ships more efficiently than building bricks with retail packaging), rural delivery charges, and other factors. Shipping to a business address is dramatically lower than a residential address.

 

How do I place my wholesale order?

Do you have order minimum requirements?

Our minimum wholesale order is 1 item! We break case quantities to make it easy for your store to order! We recommend a minimum order amount of $100.00 USD for cost effective shipping.

 

How do I get approved for Terms?

For for-profit retailers we require a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) for all first orders. Subsequent orders from credit approved accounts are eligible for Net 30 terms with a valid credit card held on file.

Non-profit retailers (501(c)3 entities, museums, hospital gift shops, etc.) are eligible for automatic Net 30 Terms. Tax exempt certificates are kept on file.

Please note the preferred payment methods for Terms are mailed check or ACH payment.

 

Do you carry Orbeez, Funko, Pokemon, or other licensed merchandise?

No. We carry a wide variety of unlicensed merchandise, all of which is shown on this website. We are constantly expanding our lines to find competitive products, so if you are looking for a specific or custom product please contact us.

 

Do you offer customized products?

We customize a wide variety of products for retailers including puzzles, plush (embroidered and custom design), keychains, magnets, and more! Please contact us or visit our B2B / Retailer page to learn more about our custom merchandise process.
