Edward Sanders While the salt and pepper set we received is nice, the base that came with it was broken. I initially reached out through email reply of the shipment based on "If you have any questions, please reply to this email or contact us at [****]" but no response. I emailed directly to the email address and received a response from Jerry that he was going to send a replacement which was received albeit delivered to the wrong mailbox by USPS.
