Lemon Shark Teeth (Sold by the pound)

Lemon Sharks get their name from their yellowish-brown skin color, which acts as a natural camouflage in the sandy coastal waters they call home. Although they can be quite large in size, they are not a threat to humans, do not hunt people and have no recorded fatal attacks. 

Interestingly enough, the Lemon Shark lineage dates back as far as the Eocene epoch...roughly 50 million years ago! Their upper jaw teeth are broad with smooth cusps and serrated bases, while the lower teeth are narrow, upright and smooth-edged. Some individual Lemon Shark teeth resemble a tiny capital "T" upon close inspection. When feeling stressed or threatened, these sharks will snap and chomp their teeth together to look bigger and scarier, intimidating all around them.
